The company was started in 2011 by Patrick March who brings over 25 years recruitment experience to the business; over 20 years in the Australian market and 4 years in the UK.

During the many years Patrick has consulted he has recruited across a wide range of roles and industries. His Melbourne career began in 1998 recruiting technology professionals which he now has over 20 years experience. Alongside this, he has 9 years within the recruitment-to-recruitment industry in Australia also specialising into HR.

We work across all levels, from entry-level roles through to senior management and executive positions.

Our real focus is in partnering with clients who we have a real relationship with, where we have access to decision maker to gain a thorough understanding of what the business is looking to achieve.

Technology Recruitment

Patrick joined Morgan & Banks in Melbourne in 1998 with a focus across the IT recruitment market placing IT professionals from junior entry point roles to project-based and highly technical positions, through to senior executives and CIOs. As his career progressed he took on management responsibility running IT recruitment teams of up to 35 people in Victoria and 100 nationally. Throughout his career, he has remained hands-on in the market and believes relationships are the key to recruitment.

Recruitment-to-Recruitment

Having recruited a high number of recruiters himself, Patrick has developed a very strong network of recruitment professionals across Australia. He is also connected to the majority of senior executive recruitment managers and directors across Australia and has unrivalled networks across the recruitment and talent acquisition markets.
